The Process
Step One: Pre-Construction Meeting
Before construction begins, youre guided through the entire building process, starting with a meeting to introduce the team, and to give you the opportunity to ask any questions about the construction process.
Step Two: Pre-Drywall
Prior to drywall installatin, HGC gives you a guided tour, allowing you to inspect the inner workings of your home, view its quality components, verify optional features you have selected, and ask questions.
Step Three: Quality Inspection
Before your final walk-through, HGC conducts its own quality control check to ensure everything is in proper working order and up to quality standards. At this time, any needed repairs or touch-ups are made, and the home is thoroughly cleaned in preparation for the Pre-Closing.
Step Four: Pre-Closing
When your home is finished, Harry will take you on a room-by-room tour to demonstrate the quality features and operating procedures for all aspects of your home, and will explain our service procedures.
Step Five: 30-Day Follow-Up
Once you are all settled in, we check back by letter, phone or email to ensure continued satisfaction.
Step Six: 11-Month Follow-Up
Eleven months after closing, we reiterate our commitment to satisfaction by again taking the time to handle any required warranty work, discuss issues, or answer any questions that you may have.

The best part of being an on your lot builder is that we build your home on the location of your choice. The location is up to you - in a rural setting, family farm, on a lake, in a development - wherever you choose. Whether you currently own a lot on which to build your new home, are narrowing down your options between multiple sites or are just getting started - we can help.

That's no problem. About half of our home owners didn't have land before they came to us. We have relationships with the developers in each of our building areas who will be happy to help you find the perfect lot for your home.

Bi-level house plans are typically a one story house plan that has been raised up and another level of living provided on the ground floor or raised basement floor. Bi-level house plans are also referred to as high ranch or split entry house plans, referring to the front door location mid-way between the two floors. Bi-level house plans or split entry or raised ranch, whatever you like to call it are typically economical to build. Bi-level, split entry, or raised ranch house plans also afford the opportunity to finish the lower level at a later date .
